When you sign up for eStatements you will no longer received the mailed copies. At the end of each statement cycle you will receive an email from us letting you know your statement is ready to view and providing instructions to access the statement. Statements are not actually sent in the email. The email simply informs you the statement is ready. You will view your statement by logging in to your internet banking account. The statement you access online will look just like the statement you used to receive in the mail. You can print it if you like. Your eStatements will remain available online for two years. Why didn’t I receive my eStatement notification this month?
There are several possible reasons why your eStatements notification did not arrive in your email inbox:
· The email address we have on file for you is incorrect
· Your inbox is currently full and your Internet Service Provider (ISP) will not allow additional messages to be delivered
· Your email address is correct in our files, but your ISP thinks the eStatements notification is junk email and is blocking the message from being delivered. This is particularly true when one sender is emailing a large number of the ISP’s customers at the same time, which may happen when we send your eStatements notification.
